Leadership Team
Senior Pastors
Pastors Jono and Vanessa Martin are the Senior Pastors at Richmond New Life. 

Pastor Jono has been on full-time staff since 1999.  Along with Pastor Vanessa, he has played a vital role in ministering across the ages at RNL.   They both have a desire to see people released into the call of God for their lives and to see people loving and impacting the community around them.

Pastor Jono brings leadership, vision, direction and encouragement to the staff and church while overseeing the team and their various roles.  Pastor Vanessa leads the women's ministries associated with the church while also having visionary and pastoral care input into many other areas.  Pastors Jono and Vanessa are both elders at RNL.

Pastors Jono and Vanessa have three young children.
 
Founding Pastors
Pastor Steve and Kathy King are the Founding Pastors of Richmond New Life.  Together, they have served God in fulltime leadership and ministry for over 29 years.  Pastor Steve and Kathy are both elders at RNL.

Pastor Steve oversees the Life Groups and pastoral care areas within RNL.  He has a vital role within our local community offering mentoring, support and supervision of leaders from other churches.  Kathy is a qualified counsellor and teacher and has a prophetic gifting.  Pastor Steve and Kathy train and empower people involved in Christian ministry both nationally and internationally.

Pastor Steve and Kathy have five adult children and five grandchildren.
 
Youth Pastor
Jude Saxon is the Youth Pastor at Richmond New Life.

Jude has recently joined the team as the youth pastor, he is assisted in this role by his wife Megan.

Jude has completed a Diploma in Christian Ministry at C3 in Sydney.  This training combined with his love for God and for the youth has given him a passion to see the youth develop a relationship with God, to know who they are in God, to see them equipped and empowered to live a life sold out for God.

Jude is also a member of our worship team where he plays the drums.
 
Children's Ministry
Jenny Nicholson leads the children's ministries at Richmond New Life.  She has 14 years of experience working in and leading children's ministries.

Jenny's passion is to see each child and young person know and experience God, feel accepted and loved and build good friendships - and from this great foundation to live now and in the future as secure people, loving and serving our amazing God.

Jenny is married to Chris and they have three children.

 
Elders
Chris Baigent and Richard Kempthorne are elders at Richmond New Life along with Pastors Jono and Vanessa and Pastor Steve and Kathy King.

Chris Baigent

Chris is married to Mandy who supports him in his role as an elder.  Together Chris and Mandy have a heart for the church and in particular missions. 

Chris and Mandy have five adult children.

Richard Kempthorne

Richard has been an elder since the beginning of Richmond New Life.  He is well recognised as a leader in our church and in the local community. 

Richard is supported in his roles by his wife Jane, together they have four adult children and two grandchildren.
 
Administrative Staff
Jan Higgins and Kelli-Anne Eastmond are the administrative staff at Richmond New Life.

Jan is the office administrator and has worked in this role for over eight years.  Jan's tasks involve the day to day running of the administration required in a church, she is often the first port of call when you are phoning or visiting the church office.

Jan is married to Michael, they have four adult children and four grandchildren.


Kelli-Anne is involved in organising and running events within the church.  She also assists the Senior Pastors with the implementation of new initiatives and projects. 

Kelli-Anne is married to Allan.

 
Interns
There are currently 2 amazing people doing internships at Richmond New Life: Andrew Simmons and Rhonda Ratima.  Andrew and Rhonda are attending Annesbrook Leadership College for their second year.
