What We Believe
Statement of Faith
We believe there is only one God, existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit

We believe that God is the creator of heaven and earth

We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God

We believe Jesus is the Son of God, born of Mary, a virgin

We believe that Jesus lived and died a sinless life and that He died as an atonement sacrifice for all mankind

We believe Jesus was crucified and on the third day He rose from the dead, that He now sits at the right hand of the Father and will return to judge the living and the dead

We believe that we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, that our salvation is a gift from God, not attainable through good works or human effort

We believe that to be saved we must receive forgiveness from God through our repentance

We believe water baptism, in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, is an act of obedience to God

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, that the Holy Spirit was given to believers after Jesus ascended to heaven

We believe the Holy Spirit can be manifested in our lives through a variety of spiritual gifts to build the Church
